  Romi's yoga teachings have literally changed my life in the most positive of ways I could ever imagine. As a long-time sufferer of psoriatic arthritis, I have taken pain medication for almost 10 years. After about 2 months of attending Romi's classes, I have been able to go days at a time without the need for pain meds. In addition, the meditative aspects of Romi's traditional yoga practice has had a lasting calming effect on the mind and soul day in and day out.
